SUBSTANCE: risk factors of the developing prothrombotic changes in the adolescents suffering essential arterial hypertension are determined, including: C677T gene polymorphism of 5,10-methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase; A66G gene polymorphism of methionine synthase reductase; an average daily diastolic blood pressure; an average night systolic blood pressure; a blood pressure load of daily systolic blood pressure; a burdened thrombotic genealogical history index; a family early thrombosis index. Assessing a combination of the determined risk factors enables stating a favourable prognosis and a low probability of the developing prothrombotic changes, or an unfavourable prognosis and a high probability of the developing prothrombotic changes.

EFFECT: method enables the high-accuracy prediction of the risk of the developing prothrombotic changes and detecting the thrombogenic risk in the adolescents suffering essential arterial hypertension.
