FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to surgical devices. A gastrostomy device made of biologically inert materials comprising a tube with two channels and inflated by a cuff at the end, a clamp and an external fixation device. The external fixation device represents a disk with an opening in the middle put on a gastrostomy tube, a spiral spring with an external diameter exceeding an external diameter of the gastrostomy tube and a thread for spring fixation to the gastrostomy tube.
EFFECT: invention provides more reliable fixation of the gastrostomy tube in the gastrostomy procedure and prevents the gastric material leakage both outwards and to the abdominal cavity.
