FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and can be used for gastrostomy using a polypropylene mesh. That is ensured by medial laparotomy. Two implants are made, which are made of polypropylene mesh, the first of which is made in the form of an oval plate with a central hole, the second implant is made in the form of at least one-layered mesh clutch and covers the gastric tube. Gastric tube is delivered through the central hole of the first implant, after which a second implant is put on it in the form of a coupling. First implant is fixed to the gastric wall, the second - to the gastric tube, after which the implants are sutured together. Gastric tube is brought out on the anterior abdominal wall to the left of the median incision in a projection of the left rectus muscle through hole sized 1.5–2 cm.

EFFECT: gastric tube is fixed with sutures to parietal peritoneum and muscular-aponeurotic layer.
