FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for gastrostomy. An intraorgan descending branch of a first branch of a descending left gastric artery designated as the descending branch of the first branch, and an intraorgan superior branch of a second branch of the descending left gastric artery designated as the superior branch of the second branch are detected in a patient. Gastrostomy is executed along an anterior wall of a stomach between projections of the descending branch of the first branch and the superior branch of the second branch. A guide thread fixed to a guide string inserted orthograde before gastrostomy is used as a bougienage element. A gastrostomy canal is formed by a level-by-level purse-string suture on the anterior wall of stomach around a gastrostomy hole.
EFFECT: technique allows reducing intraoperative injuries, eliminating irreversible deformation of stomach.
