SUBSTANCE: invention refers to bioorganic chemistry and chemistry of natural and physiologically active substances, particularly to a method for producing 26-hydroxyintegristerone A. The method for producing 26-hydroxyintegristerone A involving 70% ethanol extraction of Silene frivaldszkyana bottom, butanol extraction of ecdysteroids and chromatographic fractionation, wherein 26-hydroxyintegristerone A is extracted by the chloroform-ethanol system and eluted from a chromatographic column by the chloroform-ethanol system taken in certain proportions.
EFFECT: method provides higher yield of a target product.
