FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric control over hoisting cranes with multiple suspension points that allow hooking the cargo over entire length thereof. Proposed method comprises the following steps: a) preparatory step whereat hoisting mechanism is selected and serviceability of systems is checked: high and low voltage, drives and control. Besides, cargo weight is loaded into computer; b) cable pre-tensioning stage whereat hoisting motor torque is controlled. With motor zero speed and cargo preset weight reached, pre-tensioning is terminated; c) suspension stage whereat hoisting motor speed is controlled by limiting torque with the help of controller. Hoisting mechanism is started. Center of mass is computed to memorize pull force of every hoisting mechanism; d) stage of concurrent hoisting whereat speed of every hoisting mechanism is controlled. Cable rotation and linear speed are set, position and force are corrected and stable hoisting is carried out.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of control.
