FIELD: overhead cranes.
SUBSTANCE: crane comprises a rigid guiding frame-like carriage (1), a ground auxiliary frame (5) and a ground device (6) for feeding the load. The rigid guide frame-shaped carriage (1) is configured for transverse movement along the bridge truss (2) and is connected to a lifting mechanism that does not allow horizontal movement in the process of lifting and lowering the load. The lifting mechanism at the lower end is provided with an automatic disengagement and engagement device (18); the ground auxiliary frame (5) is rigidly connected to the ground surface; the automatic device (18) for disengaging and engaging contains guide wheels (24). Rigid guide frame-like carriage (1) in the lower part is rigidly connected to the first guide rail (20), which corresponds to the guide wheels (24). The ground auxiliary frame (5) is provided with a second guide rail to which the guide wheels (24) correspond.
EFFECT: automatic gripping and releasing of the load, higher reliability and safety.
