SUBSTANCE: heat-resistant alloy contains the following, wt %: carbon 0.35-0.45, silicium 1.00-2.50, manganese 1.0-2.50, chrome 24.0-27.00, nickel 18.0-21.00, vanadium 0.05-0.5, titanium 0.03-0.10, aluminium 0.03-0.10, molybdenum ≤0.50, copper ≤0.30, zirconium 0.01-0.25, calcium 0.005-0.025, cerium 0.005-0.03, sulphur <0.01, phosphorus ≤0.01, plumbum ≤0.006, stannum ≤0.006, arsenic ≤0.006, zinc ≤0.006, iron is the rest. Alloy is highly heat-resistant at operating temperature of 1100°C.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency, improving operating reliability and operational life of petroleum-refining plants and chemical equipment.
