FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device includes cylindrical bushing and blades on it. Chamfers are made on ends of cylindrical bushing. Channels formed between the blades envelope the cylindrical bushing smoothly. Bushing is divided along the generatrix into two equal parts with possibility of fixing the cylindrical bushing on pump rod body. Blades are made in the form of individual knives arranged along screw spiral at inclination angle of 60-70° to horizontal axis of cylindrical bushing. Bottom of each knife is provided with a pin fixed in the hole drilled on outer surface of cylindrical bushing.
EFFECT: increasing removal efficiency of paraffin formations; simplifying the design and manufacturing technology of the device.
