FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a cylindrical casing with a centring element. The casing is hollow, multilayered. The outer layer is made from protector alloy. A through slot is made on the casing surface, connects the opposite casing ends and is fitted by sections set in the longitudinal direction of the casing and a section set in the transverse direction of the casing. The width of the slot sections set in the longitudinal direction is not less than the inner diameter of the casing. The width of the slot section set in the transverse direction is more than the inner diameter of the casing. The centring element is presented as a brush from electroconductive material.
EFFECT: expanded functionality, easier fastening.
