FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in removal of asphalt-resin-paraffin accumulations from external surface of sucker rods and internal surface of tubing in the process of well operation with sucker rod string moving up and down. SUBSTANCE: method is realized with use of tubing string installed in well, sucker rod string accommodated in tubing string and connected with pumping unit and plunger pump. Installed on bodies of sucker rods are centering scrapers with cutting edges for rotary motion and limiters of their motion rigidly secured to body of sucker rods on both ends of centering scrapers. Installed between motion limiters on body of sucker rods are, at least, two scrapers with cutting edges for translation and rotary motions over body of sucker rods. Upper scraper is made of material with density smaller than that of produced fluid, and lower scraper is made from material whose density exceeds that of produced fluid. Body of sucker rod and internal surface of tubing in upward motion of sucker rod string are cleaned due to floating of upper scraper up to limiter and moving of lower scraper by the other limiter, and cleaning during movement of sucker rod strings down is accomplished by moving the upper scraper by upper limiter and due to immersion into produced fluid of lower scraper down to lower limiter.
