FIELD: oil extracting industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical body formed on a rod with conical planes on the ends. Body is made of polymer material, and is provided with ribs indissolubly connected to it having beveled ends and with rods placed at an angle α to rod axis with exit onto its side and conical surfaces. Ribs form channels. Body is made with means for diverting fluid flows in channels at same angle in both directions of rotation relatively to rod axis. This provides for neutralization of forming torques on scraper-localizer during reciprocal movement of rods column due to ribs made with mirror reflection relatively to transverse plane, which forms a cross-shaped figure and extension of ribs ends most proximate to the center of body at angle 180-α to rod axis.
EFFECT: excluded forming of torque on rods column, lesser hydraulic resistances during operation of scraper-localizer.
