SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises mounting additional counter recording minimum consumption of gas fuel, determining minimum consumption of said fuel for 3-5 years using logged fuel consumption data, and making section of feeding gas into minimum flow rate counter. Note here that said counter is selected to have appropriate measurement limits allowing for ever notable decrease in gas consumption. Said additional section consists of pipelines gate valves and counter.
EFFECT: recording gas fuel consumption, decreased gas consumption.
