SUBSTANCE: current Raman spectra of the analysed oxides are recorded in the 100-800 cm-1 range, and based on their ratio to the energy line position of the reference oxide, a conclusion is made on formation or stability of solid solutions with a fluorite structure type.
EFFECT: possibility of using Raman spectroscopy to inspect multicomponent oxides for formation and stability of solid solutions with a fluorite structure type.
