SUBSTANCE: what is described is a multilayer bioactive coating of a titanium implant inserted into an individual's bone tissue, produced by atomic layer deposition and consisting of at least layers of one transient metal oxide specified in a group containing titanium oxide layers, zirconium oxide layers, hafnium oxide layers, tantalum oxide layers, niobium oxide layers, of multicomponent oxide layers (TiO2)x(Ta2O5)1-x, wherein x is equal to 0.8-0.95 having a structure of a solid solution based on a tetragonal crystalline lattice, with the controlled coating thickness determined by the number of deposition cycles of respective precursors that are chemicals in the form of liquid organometallic compounds of the above transient metal compounds and water.

EFFECT: coating has high uniformity and developed surface relief, good bioactive properties, , and high corrosive resistance.
