SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a solution to the engineering problem of measuring and recording coordinates of identified celestial objects through detected radio refraction, physical characteristics of interstellar matter and intergalactic matter with high degree of reliability and accuracy compared to previously used methods.
EFFECT: high reliability and accuracy of associating radio sources with optical objects; the number radio sources identified with optical objects increased several tens of times using the method.
