SUBSTANCE: system of information on availability of a publishing user comprises a central processor; and a memory comprising machine-executable instructions, which realise a component of an availability model, a component of subscribers access rights, configured to connect availability models with subscribing users, a component of subscribers notification. The method describes operation of this system.
EFFECT: provision of access to information on availability of a publishing subject, which should be realised by a computer system of such publishing subject on egalitarian basis, but not by an availability server.
