FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: symbol mark of direct application consists of information elements formed in process of needle-impact marking on the surface of a marked part in the form of conical grooves and filled with paint, besides, on this surface on top there is an adhesively fixed film with recorded optical information with perforated holes matching grooves, and pain used for filling is fluorescent.
EFFECT: invention provides for high information capacity of symbol marks of direct application with 2D coding simultaneously with limitation of possibility of its unauthorised application onto the object surface, provision of high contrast during reading of information of symbol marks of direct application, which does not depend on roughness, colour and illumination of the object surface, possibility to verify symbol marks of direct application.
