FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and may be used in laparoscopic surgery. A medical manipulator comprises a working unit of a distal end which accommodates a grab as a final function element. An operating unit is designed to control the working unit of the distal end. A coupling member connects the working unit of the distal end and the operating unit. A reorientation mechanism enables reorientation of the working unit of the distal end. The reorientation mechanism is controlled by a bend drive and a rotary drive which are actuated when a surgeon manages the operating unit. As a result, if the surgeon manages the operating unit, a transmission medium mechanically actuates the final function element so that to facilitate control of the medical manipulator.

EFFECT: higher effectiveness of the manipulator operation.
