SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to neurosurgery. A device comprises a base in the form of a plate. The base accommodates two parallel hollow rollers made of an elastic material. Each roller encloses three isolated chambers made of an elastic material and coupled with a compressed air source through a control panel by air tubes. The hollow chambers comprise safety and outlet valve brought out from the hollow chambers.
EFFECT: invention provides functionally efficient mutual relations of the spinal components, facilitating neurosurgeon's manipulations.
