FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to occupational health, and can be used to prevent hypothermia of wounded and patients transported during medical evacuation. A device comprises a sleeping bag accommodating an outer envelope made of a water- and air-tight tissue, an inner envelope inside the outer envelope, a fastener, a gas source, an inlet valve; the inlet valve is mounted inside an inlet pipe connected with its outer end to an air conditioner, which is connected to an exhaust system in a vehicle; the inlet pipe comprises a gas filter; an inner end of the inlet pipe is connected to a system of connected plastic tubes; the tubes are integrated in a cavity between the outer and inner envelopes; the cavity is filled with a soft elastic material, e.g. sintepon; tube ends are connected to an outlet pipe brought out of the vehicle body and comprising an outer valve; the inner surface of the inner envelope comprises a temperature sensor connected through a control unit to a PC, which is also connected to the air conditioner and inlet valve.
EFFECT: invention enables extending the range of products for providing comfort conditions for the wounded and patients transported in automobile transport.
