FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device to remove icicles from building roofs comprises a fuselage, a bearing screw with blades from polymer composite materials, a swash plate of a steering screw, a steering screw, a control system, an actuator. In the fuselage there is an electric motor joined via the swash plate with the bearing screw, and via a reduction gear - with the steering screw. The section of the shaft between the electric motor and the swash plate is installed in the chamber joined with the inner surface of the fuselage. The chamber includes an inlet hole with a check valve and an outlet hole. On the specified section of the shaft there are blades installed. In front of the outlet hole of the chamber there is an electric heating element. A telescopic tube capable of varying length and size of the outlet hole is connected with the outlet hole. The control system comprises a control panel, joined with a supply source, and also with the swash plate of the bearing screw, a controller of outlet hole size and length of a tube, a reduction gear of a steering screw.
EFFECT: higher safety of works to clean roof buildings and structures from icicles and ice crusts.
