FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming. Proposed method comprises unwinding the billet, processing it and reeling. Processing consists in drawing the billet through deforming tools arranged consecutively in row. Said deforming tools are equal-channel angular gages Drawing is carried in 4-8 passes. Billet diameter in drawing is selected to make 60-90% of the die inlet channel diameter. Billet bending diameter in die inclined channel is varied by turning every next die through right angle.
EFFECT: higher strength.
