FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ecology and power engineering, in particular, to complex treatment of effluents and organic refuse and to cleaning of oil-containing waters to be fired for using generated heat for power generation. Power accumulation is performed by electrolytic decomposition of water and firing gaseous hydrogen in boiler unit. Proposed station incorporates processing complex including wastes preprocessing devices, heat and electric power generation units to produce power by firing processed wastes in boiler units, and power accumulation units.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment and power generation.
