FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: sewage treatment plant includes three functional units: pre-treatment, coagulation-flotation, post-treatment and disinfection. The first unit comprises a sequentially connected sump 2 and a filter 1 for separating large fractions from water. The coagulation-floatation unit consists of series-connected a fecal pump 4, a mixer 5, a coagulant pump-dispenser 7 (1), and a flotator-coagulator, containing a body that is composed of three concentric round shells. The inner shell forms a coagulation chamber 12. The inner and middle shells form a flotation chamber 18. The middle and outer shells form a reservoir for collection, sedimentation, and accumulation of purified water 16. In the upper part of the body between the outer and inner shells, a conical partition 14 is formed, forming a chamber for collecting and removing foam 13. The purification unit and the disinfection unit include in series connected a circulation pump 23, a hydrogen peroxide pump-dispenser 7(2), a hydrodynamic cavitator 22, a sand filter 21, an ozone-generating UV lamp 20. The station also comprises an ejector cavitator 25, a bag filter 19, and an air preparation unit 26.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce energy consumption, increase the efficiency of water treatment, simplify the design of a sewage treatment plant and increase its reliability.
