FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to silicate technology and particularly to enamel frit compositions which can be used to coat ceramic articles. The enamel frit contains the following in wt %: SiO2 15.0-17.0; Al2O3 1.0-2.0; Na2O 1.0-2.0; K2O 3.0-4.0; Cr2O3 1.0-2.0; ZrO2 42.0-46.0; B2O3 32.0-36.0. The enamel is heat resistant at 270-290°C.
EFFECT: high heat resistance of enamel.
