FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalyst components for polymerisation of olefins. Described are catalyst components for polymerisation of olefins which contain Ti, Mg, Al, CI and optionally OR1 groups, in which R1 denotes a C1-C20 hydrocarbon group optionally containing heteroatoms, so as to obtain molar ratio OR1/Ti less than 0.5, where essentially all titanium atoms are in a valence state equal to 4, and porosity (PF), which is measured using a mercury method and resulting from pores with radius equal to or less than 1 mcm, is at least 0.30 cm3/g, and that molar ratio Cl/Ti is less than 29. Described are methods of obtaining said components, involving a step (a) where a compound MgCl2·mR11OH tH2O, in which 0.3 ≤ m ≤ 1.7, t ranges from 0.01 to 0.6 and R11 denotes an alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl radical containing 1-12 carbon atoms, reacts with a titanium compound of formula Ti(OR1)nXy-n, in which n lies between 0 and 0.5, y is the valence of titanium, X is a halogen and R1 is as defined above, in the presence of an aluminium compound of formula AlL3, where L independently denotes OR1 groups, in which R1 denotes a C1-C20 hydrocarbon group or a halogen. Described is a method for polymerisation of olefins, which is realised in the presence of a catalyst system containing a product of reaction of the described catalytic components and an alkylaluminium compound.
EFFECT: described catalyst components are characterised by high morphological stability in low molecular weight ethylene polymerisation conditions while maintaining high activity.
