FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: rotor of wind-power plant with vertical rotation axis includes hub located in the rotor rotation centre and load-carrying ring on which blades are installed vertically in two rows. Blades are connected to hub by means of flexible braces; at that, attachment points of flexible braces on hub are equally spaced as to height. Flexible braces connected to upper attachment points on the hub can be adjusted throughout the length, and flexible braces connected to lower attachment points on the hub are equipped with turnbuckles. Attachment points of flexible braces located on the hub are equipped with turning blades with horizontal rotation axis. Load-carrying ring is made of several segments.
EFFECT: rotor will ensure reliable operation of wind-power plant as a whole since rotor vibration transmission is eliminated at its imbalance to the mast because rotor vibration will be damped with flexible braces.
