SUBSTANCE: steam generator is equipped with an accumulating tank with volume that is not below the total volumes of a boiler and a make-up tank, which is connected by a pipeline via electrically controlled valves with the make-up tank and the boiler, has a sensor of lower water level monitoring and is installed so that water supply is provided into the make-up tank and the boiler by gravity, at the same time the make-up tank is made with the water filling volume that is not less than the volume available in the boiler between sensors of the upper and lower level and is equipped with a sensor of upper water level monitoring.

EFFECT: simplified design of a steam generator, reduced idle run cycle of a steam generator during boiler filling with water, establishment of automatic steam generation mode.
