SUBSTANCE: effervescent alcohol-free beverage contains (per 1000 dm3 of the ready product): 90-110 kg of sugar, 2.2-2.6 kg of citric acid, 4.5-5.3 kg of taste-and-flavour juice-containing base "Pomegranate 3500172880000", 0.48-0.53 kg of natural flavouring agent "Marasca cherry 31825001750000", 0.15 -0.17 kg of sodium benzoate, 2.08-4.15 kg of carbon dioxide and water - balance.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a beverage with improved organoleptic properties, in particular, the beverage with a sour-and-sweet taste resembling that of cornel with apricot and a strongly pronounced wild strawberry aroma; additionally the invention will allow to expand the range of effervescent alcohol-free beverages.
