FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthodontic dentistry, and is intended for analysis of diagnostic models in biometric diagnostics. Impressions from upper and lower jaws are made by means of alginate mass. Gypsum diagnostic models are cast. By means of ruler and marker line N is applied on gypsum diagnostic model of upper jaw on median palatine suture. After that transversal P line, oriented through blind openings on soft palate is applied perpendicular to line N and basis point O is put on the middle of the distance between blind openings. In order to create diagnostic triangles additional lines are applied: from basic point O on the middle of the distance between blind openings and to median point D on distal approximal surface of measured tooth; from point D perpendicular is drawn to intersection with transversal diagnostic line P in point A. Diagnostic triangle ODA is obtained. Transversal line P is projected on gypsum diagnostic model of lower jaw by means of vertically oriented wax pin, fixed on upper jaw model in basic point O on the middle of the distance between blind openings, and composition of models in correct occlusion. On lower model point of O point projection is marked by means of marker and point On is applied on gypsum model of lower jaw. Line Pn and perpendicular to it line Nn are drawn. Diagnostic triangles for each measured tooth of lower jaw are built by application of additional lines: from point On to median point Dn on distal approximal surface of measured tooth, and from median point Dn to transaction with transversal diagnostic line Pn in point An. Diagnostic triangle for gypsum model of lower jaw OnDnAn is obtained. Sides of triangles are measured, length of catheti OA, DA, OnAn, DnAn are compared by number of present teeth and tooth number: from ODA 18 to ODA 28 and from ODA 38 to ODA 48 before, at the stages and after orthodontic treatment. If length of cathetus OA, OnAn increases, vestibular displacement of tooth is diagnosed, if length of cathetus OA, OnAn decreases, oral displacement of tooth is diagnosed. If length of cathetus DA, DnAn increases, mesial displacement of tooth is diagnosed, if length of cathetus DA, DnAn decreases, distal displacement of tooth is diagnosed. If length of cathetus OA, OnAn increases and length of cathetus DA, DnAn increases, mesio-vestibular displacement is diagnosed, if length of cathetus OA, OnAn increases and length of cathetus DA, DnAn decreases, disto-vestibular displacement of tooth is diagnosed, if length of cathetus OA, OnAn decreases and cathetus DA, DnAn increases, mesio-oral displacement of tooth is diagnosed, if length of cathetus OA, OnAn decreases and cathetus DA, DnAn decreases, disto-oral displacement of tooth is diagnosed. On the basis of obtained measurement data value of each tooth displacement if necessary direction and construction of force element of orthodontic apparatus are planned before treatment. On the basis of obtained measurement data direction of displacement and value of each tooth displacement are corrected during treatment by correction of shape and position of force element of orthodontic apparatus. After treatment completion obtained data are analysed and quality of performed orthodontic corrections is determined by comparison of planned and obtained results of teeth displacement.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve qualities of diagnostics and orthodontic treatment and obtain possibility to plan spatial displacement of all teeth due to selection of stable basic point and possibility to determine accurate linear values of displacement and direction of displacement of teeth.
