SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology and represents a composition for lightening the hyperpigmented eye skin containing 1 wt % to 20 wt % of at least one melanin-inhibiting carbohydrate agent specified in a group including arbutin, bearberry extract, ascorbyl glucoside and rutin; aminoglycan of ultra-low molecular weight included in a polymer gel wherein the aminoglycan polymer represents hyaluronic acid sodium salt and at least one cosmetically acceptable ingredient.
EFFECT: invention provides effective lightening of the hyperpigmented skin.
