FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, oncology, and may be used for tumour growth inhibition. That is ensured by introducing a cytostatic in tumour tissue. The introduction of the cytostatic is followed by sodium barbiturate in the amount of 0.2-1.5 g/kg. Then, 1-3 minutes later, tumour tissue is locally exposed to ultrasound and heated to temperature 38-42°C.
