FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of plain bearing all-moulded bushings. It may be used in machine building for production of bushings, inserts, rollers and other elements of friction assemblies. Powder plastic and filler composed of coarse metal chips are filled in cylindrical injection mould. In moulding and sintering, stock is processed by permanent magnetic field with its poles located inside and outside of injection mould. Note here that mix ground metal chip particles are aligned along magnetic field direction and radially with respect to mould center to form metal bridges connecting bushing inner surface with its outer surface.

EFFECT: higher strength of ready product, reliable heat sink from plain bearing friction zone.
