FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to repair and single production, as well as to production of friction bearings from wood-metal composites. Method of sleeve bushing manufacturing consists in fact that into gap between shaft (4) and body (1) of bearing under pressure is supplied wood-metal composite with subsequent cycles of pressure and unloading to hardening of composite. When gap is filled, shaft (4) is rotated at rated operating frequency and loaded with force applied from cant side near end face of bearing housing (1) by value corresponding to operating load. Pressing pressure of wood-metal composite and moment of unloading are limited by criterion PV, where P is pressure of pressing, V - rotation speed of shaft (1 = 4), which characterizes effect of setting between shaft and bushing.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in sliding bearing thermal conductivity and manufacturability of its manufacturing.
