FIELD: manufacturing process.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multi-layer flexible flat material to limit the supply chamber of the matrix in obtaining fiber-reinforced plastic parts of the blanks on the basis of fibrous composites by injection method, and is intended to insert under pressure of the matrix material. Multilayer flat material contains a gas-permeable, but impermeable for matrix membrane (41), a gas-tight film (44), as well as separating layer (43) of high-permeability for gas. The separating layer (43) is located between the membrane (41) and the film (44) and holds the film (44) at a distance from the membrane (41), when between the membrane (41) and the film (44) a vacuum occurs. The membrane (41) consists of a microporous polyurethane membrane or a microporous membrane made of foamed polytetrafluoroethylene, where the textile layer (42) is applied reinforcing the membrane (41). On the textile layer (42) a separation layer (43) is placed. The microporous membrane (41), the textile layer (42), as well as the separating layer together form a multi-functional laminate (40, 40') and are firmly connected to each other.
EFFECT: simplification, speed-up and increase of efficiency and accuracy of the method of manufacturing a fibrous composite material while use in it of declared multilayered flat material.
