FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to production of composite structure from thermoplastic reinforced by fibre. In compliance with claimed process, semi-finished prepreg is made of fibres pre-impregnated with binder. Said semi-finished prepreg is wrapped with flexible sheet provided with gas-permeable membrane that retains the binder and at least one inner flat gas conducting device. Inner structure composed of said semi-finished prepreg and sheet is wrapped with the first gas tight shell. Inner structure provided with the first gas tight shell is positioned at shaped surface of the first forming tool. Inner structure provided with the first gas tight shell and shaped surface are wrapped with second gas tight shell. First vacuum is fed to inner flat has conducting device and to inner part of the first gas tight shell. Produced structure is heated for first preset time at first preset temperature. Second vacuum is fed to inner part of the second gas tight shell to heat produced structure for second preset time at second preset temperature.
EFFECT: higher strength of the part.
