FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the compositions of polyurethane grouting mortars used to quickly stop the leakage of filtration water and to control filtration losses during explorations by column drilling, mining and extracting shale gas, excavating a foundation pit and connecting the underground tunnels. This composition is produced by adding a silane coupling agent to the isocyanate prepolymer. The isocyanate prepolymer is produced by reacting a polyfunctional isocyanate with polyfunctional polyol comprising, at least, one polyether polyol containing 5-30 wt % of ethylene oxide units and, at least, one monofunctional hydroxyl-containing compound. The monofunctional hydroxyl-containing compound is a polyethylene oxide polymer with a hydroxyl end function, a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene-based monoole or a mixture thereof.
EFFECT: polyurethane composition of a grouting mortar is able to meet the requirements for pouring solutions in a practical application in a medium with high hydrostatic pressure.
