FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of diesel fuel from hydrocarbon-containing wastes. Note here that fed substances represent dry wastes, residual oil, neutraliser and catalyst are communicated with feed system 103 via mixing funnel 109 and collector 104 adjoining feed tank 102. Note also that the latter is communicated via channels 110 of oil circulation circuit is communicated with collector 115. High-efficiency chamber wave mixer 101 is provided with pipeline arranged on its suction side for communication with feed chamber 102, while, on delivery side, it is communicated with flute 113 of evaporator 114 communicated with distillation column 118 accommodating condenser 119 communicated via pipelines 124 and 126 with fuel receiver 125. Note that downstream of evaporator 114 arranged is collector 115 communicated via control valve 130 with heating chamber 132 with auger discharge device 133 communicated with tank 134 for residues.
EFFECT: optimised feed and discharge.
