FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: diesel fuel is obtained from residual hydrocarbon-containing substances in fuel circulatory contour with separation of solid substances and product distillation in order to obtain Diesel fuel. Heating of circulating fuel, which contains residual hydrocarbon-containing substances, takes place as a result of transformation of at least flow energy into heat, flow energy being transformed into heat by means of mixer, rotating in opposite direction with respect to circulating fuel flow, containing residual substances. Fully crystallised catalysts, alloyed with sodium or potassium or calcium or magnesium, can be used. Device includes: highly-productive pump for obtaining circulating fuel flow; mixer, rotating in flow in opposite direction with respect to flow of fuel supplied by pump; executive valve, separating cyclone which has two outlets; unloading worm, located on one of the outlets; and distillation installation, located on the other outlet.
EFFECT: reduction of heat loss.
