SUBSTANCE: proposed steel comprises carbon, silicon, manganese, nickel, molybdenum, vanadium, nitrogen, sulfur and iron at the following ratio in wt %: carbon - 0.8 - 1.1, silicon - 0.3 - 0.5, manganese - 0.1 - 0.4, chromium - 4.5 - 5.5, tungsten - 1-1.5, nickel - 0.15 0.4, molybdenum - 3.0 - 3.5, vanadium - 0.5 - 1.0, niobium - 0.1-0.3, tantalum - 0.05-0.15, iron making the rest.
EFFECT: higher fatigue strength, flexural strength, impact number and structural uniformity.
