SUBSTANCE: device comprises a casing made in the form of a cylindrical sleeve, consisting of pipes connected with couplings. The lower pipe of the casing ends with a plug. The upper pipe of the casing is fixed in a support, in the lower part of which there are figured conical slots provided for free passage of liquid and evenly arranged along the support circumference. The inner cavity of the support is made in the form of a funnel. To provide for fixation of the support, its lower end is made as stepped, resting with a circular site against a base of a transition section in a stepped well.
