SUBSTANCE: gas pumping from a disconnected section of the fourth gas line detached from neighbouring lines of gas pipelines along the entire length to the entrance of the fourth compressor workshop, is carried out with serially operating gas-pumping units (GPU) of the fourth and sixth compressor workshops connected with workshop-to-workshop links via a recirculation line of the fifth compressor workshop from the section of the fourth gas pipeline, comprising the disconnected and the adjacent sections into the sixth gas pipeline. The similar method is used to pump gas from a disconnected section, using the layout of serial (three-staged) operation of GPU in the fourth, sixth and eighth compressor workshops connected by workshop-to-workshop links via recirculation lines of the fifth and seventh compressor workshops.
EFFECT: increased volume of saved gas, due to lower volume of bled gas and reduced emissions of methane into atmosphere from a disconnection section of a gas pipeline, higher efficiency in the field of resource saving.
