SYSTEM FOR PUMPING GAS FROM DISCONNECTED COMPRESSOR SHOP OF MAIN PIPELINE Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC F17D1/02

Abstract RU 2731687 C1

FIELD: pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of main gas transport and can be used in operation of compressor stations, in particular for gas pumping from the disconnected adjacent compressor shop or pipeline section of the adjacent compressor shop before repair. In a system for pumping gas from a disconnected compressor shop of a main pipeline, comprising a multipurpose compressor station, inlet and outlet gas pipelines with inlet and outlet valves, inlet and outlet headers, recirculation gas line, gas transfer units with inlet and outlet gas pipelines, on which inlet and outlet valves are installed, ejection effect creation device, input and output inter-shop valves installed on inter-branch gas pipelines, inlet and outlet inter-branch gas pipelines are equipped with bypass valves, and device for creation of ejection effect is made in form of controlled vortex ejector, which inlet is connected to recirculation gas line, suction is connected to bypass valve of outlet gas line of disconnected compressor shop, and output is connected to inlet manifold of operating compressor shop.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of amount of natural gas emitted into atmosphere and, consequently, reduction of environmental pollution.
