FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises an inner electric drive, a tight chamber, a shaft-holder of a sample, units of counter-samples and sample loading. Each unit of loading is equipped with a cylindrical casing with two tightly separated cavities. At the same time one cavity is connected to a tight chamber by channels arranged in a counter-sample holder, and in this cavity there is the counter-sample and a pusher with the holder contacting with each other. In the second cavity there is a double-sided piston with two stems that divide it into unloaded and power cavities. Power cavities of all loading units communicate with each other and are connected to a source of a working fluid. One stem of the piston contacts with the pusher holder. At the second stem passing via the power cavity and the tight cover of the loading unit casing there are supports fixed that interact with flexible elements, where sensors of piston-stem displacement are installed, and are connected electrically with a device for registration of a sample and a counter-sample wear value.
EFFECT: lower labour intensiveness of all counter-samples loading with identical loads, higher accuracy of setting values of samples loading forces, improved validity of experiment results and simplified process of detecting the total wear of the sample and the counter-sample.
