FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: measuring device has a feed pulse generator consisting of a synchronisation stage, generators of rectangular, linearly varying, square and cubic pulses, a switch and a power amplifier; the output of the synchronisation state is connected to each input said four pulse generators, whose outputs are connected to inputs of the switch, whose output is connected to the input of the power amplifier; the output of the power amplifier forms the first output of the feed pulse generator relative the earth; the second output of the feed pulse generator - synchronisation output forms the output of the synchronisation stage. The four-arm bridge circuit also includes a capacitor and an inductance coil; two output leads of the four-arm bridge circuit are connected to the differential input of a null indicator. There is also an additional resistor and the connection of elements is changed. The capacitor and the inductance coil are moved to the second branch of the four-arm bridge circuit and are part of the electrical circuit consisting of series-connected capacitor, the additional resistor and inductance coil; the free lead of the capacitor of this electrical circuit is connected to the common lead of the first terminal and a single resistor, and the free lead of the inductance coil of the electrical circuit is earthed.

EFFECT: reduced measurement error.
