FIELD: security systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to security alarm equipment and can be used to protect against any emergencies, such as fire, intrusion into housing and offices, warehouses and any other buildings and constructions. In a geographic information system in 4D format, 3D image is linked to current time and transmitted to a server, which is designed to permanently store retrospective and prospective maps and plans. Geoinformation system in 4D format allows to transfer information online; transfer of retrospective information; predict events in time; determine the coordinates of an object on a plan, taking into account the specified time; to provide the binding of the nearest video cameras to certain coordinates of an object and to give out a real image on the background of the GIS plan in 2D or 3D.
EFFECT: technical result is the ability to operate the system in several modes of processing input data and presenting them on a monitor screen.
