SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a monitoring system, having a first-level observation post which includes facility equipment connected to a receiving-control device which includes an uninterrupted power supply, a communicator for the first-level observation post, configured to transmit a signal bearing information on the state of the receiving-control device and the uninterrupted power supply, including on alarm circuit events, through a transmission medium to a second-level observation post, which includes a device for processing the signal from the first-level observation post, and a communicator for the second-level observation post, wherein signal processing device of the second-level observation post is configured to pick up (select) from the common flux of incoming signals, information on events of at least one type, as well as retrieve from the data base of the second-level observation post, given space-coordinate data corresponding to loop circuits in which events of the given types occurred, and the system further includes at least one third-level observation post, having a device for visual display of information obtained through the transmission medium from the second-level observation post.

EFFECT: high speed, reliability, accuracy and fullness of information transmission.
