SUBSTANCE: list of "special adjacent" cells is broadcasted or sent in specialised message to mobile radio stations within cellular radio communications. Mobile radio stations detect broadcasted signal or specialised message from servicing cell which is currently servicing mobile radio station. Prior to executing measurements related to other cell, prior to sending signals to other cells or generating report of measurements related to other cell, mobile station determines list of special adjacent cells from broadcasted signal or specialised message. Based on list of special adjacent cells, mobile radio station determines the cell which it selects for sending signals to or for generating report of measurements related to the cell associated with signals being sent from certain cell. After this, mobile station selects certain cell, sends signals to it or execute current control of signals for representing report on measurements from it.
EFFECT: elimination of nonproductive use of procedures and resources.
