SUBSTANCE: access point is configured on the basis of the received data. The access point may be configured on the basis of configuration (configurations) of at least one other access point. An identifier to be send by the access point may be selected on the basis of an identifier (identifiers) sent at least by one other access point. The access point may configure itself with the help of a configuration server. For instance, the access point may send information, such as location of the access point, into the configuration server, and the configuration server may respond with a list of neighbouring access points for this access point. The configuration server may represent configuration information into the access point on the basis of the access point location. The configuration server may also send an access point to a different configuration server.

EFFECT: higher reliability of received information.
